Weekly Runs
We offer a variety of weekly runs to accommodate runners of different abilities and interests:
5k
Join us every Tuesday evening for a scenic 5-kilometer run. It's the perfect mid-week pick-me-up and a great way to unwind after a long day.
We have various pace groups available.
Something for everyone.
Jeffers
On Wednesdays, we have a special session dedicated to Jeffing.
Whether you're looking to push your limits or take it steady, we have something for you.
Jeffing is a run/walk/repeat interval group.
10k
Our Thursday 10-kilometer run is a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself and build endurance.
If you're up for the distance, this run is for you.
